Helping with foot nerve pain
I have type 2 diabetes and this last year I have noticed a numbness and pain in my feet. The only help I've been given from my doctors is to take water tablets and to never walk around barefoot! The water tablets help a little but it's no fun having to pop to the toilet every 20 minutes for about 3hrs after taking them. I also worry that they are putting a lot of strain onto my kidneys. So I started researching what else I could do to help myself. That's when I came across ALC tablets (I also take a high dose vitamin B) together these are really starting to help. It's not 100% but it has help I'd say 60% with the heat and pain I was getting especially at night. I know these aren't a cure but I'm hoping that the longer I take these the more they will help. I also have my 85yrs old mum on these too as she has nerve pain in her foot from having a bad stroke 9yrs ago. She has also said these pills are helping her.
