2G is hard to find
Love the design, execution, and overall idea of this phone, however like the other review mentions this phone has no reception on AT&T. 2G is hard to find in my city (which has 2 million people in it, not exactly small). It seems that TMobile has it but even then there are too many dead spots for me to use this as a main phone. You'd be better off turning off your cellular data and wifi on your smartphone.

sometimes I would like to get off-line
I had the punkt for half a year now. It is not my primary phone, nor will it ever be. However, sometimes I would like to get off-line, so I switch sim cards and enjoy the world through my eyes for a couple of days. The price for this phone is rather high, and you don't get any "features" in return, however, you are getting simplicity and great design.

Simple, but backward phone
This phone looks great; is nicely sized, and easy to use but: It has terrible reception on the ATT network. It is dead where I phones have three bars. It pairs to factory blue tooth in Honda and BMW in a clumsy manner. It requires an additional selection after an annoying beep where the I phone simply pairs. It has caused me to rethink my desire for a "simple " phone
