Amazing!
My eyes have always been bloodshot red and irritated for the past 6 years, theres gotta be a mineral or something in this that i was deficient in and now my eyes are white and not irritated,i absolutely love dr bergs producs they truly do work

It works great
Excellent product I try to take 2 daily it gives a lot of energy and overall good feeling for me.. two things to note 1sometimes when taken on an empty stomach I get an upset stomach so even tho it says you can take with or without a meal I just always do with a meal to avoid that feeling 2 it tends to make you sleep if you're lacking rest only for like 2-3 days then everything goes BK to normal

I’m really happy with this!
I consume some grains and seeds here and there and know they contain phytic acid which steals nutrients. I am also currently nursing my son. I take this supplement to make sure I have enough minerals in my system. I am really happy with this supplement and will continue to buy this. Dr. Berg has some great supplements!
