Why won’t they heat?

I have not had any problems with them heating. The rollers need to be securely set in place and the top is to be zipped closed.

I ordered replacement rollers from conair in east windsor, nj. i have never received them. who can i contact? google says closed permanently.

Maybe just buy another one? Save all the extra parts then you will have extra. Just try "conair"? on line
