This is my fourth bottle of Nature's Shield oil. Nice scent and great health results during the winter months. Keeps colds and sore throats away.

Would NOT be without this. A must for dealing early with winter’s bugs like colds, sore throats, ear ache etc. Must dilute in appropriate carrier oil of course, and do not take internally. But great for massage in the carrier, or for in diffusers. I put a couple of drops in coconut oil which acts like a balm, easy to carry around in a small glass pot with a lid. (Unless it gets too warm and the coconut oil melts, which can then be messy in your handbag!). When using essential oil, look up guidelines for use, do patch tests first, and be careful around animals and small children. Not all oils are safe around pets and young children. There are many sites online sharing helpful information about the use of such oils. This blend is one of my absolute faves.

Love it!! Use at the massage place i work at!

After looking for an alternative to commercial oil pulling products due to the high cost, I decided to add this to my own coconut oil and it's great. Much more cost effective and the perfect ingredients for dental health! Highly recommended and of excellent quality. I add about 5 drops to 10mls of coconut oil but you can experiment. Also do so at your own risk. I recommend consulting a Health Practitioner or Dentist before embarking upon such endeavors.
