Is it slow speed due to the voltage?** A: As I assume that you use a MacBook Pro, it will not provide enough power. The built-in USB-C port is mainly for mobile devices (20W). If you want to charge your laptop, I suggest you to use the power adapter. **Q: When will MOGICS update to output 65W USB-C to charge laptops? I don't want to travel with this AND a separate charger.** A: It seems unlikely in the foreseeable future, if ever. Look at the size of even the smallest available 65W PD chargers - they are still not much smaller than the whole Bagel - and they are pushing the limits of heat dissipation. I think it's a matter of physics, not commercial willingness. I could imagine they might eventually include a slightly enhanced PD charger - 30W maybe - but it'll be incremental, as the underlying technology evolves. But I have sometimes successfully run a 15" Macbook Pro from a Bagel for most of a day (that's keeping it charged as I use it, not charging from flat - although it would eventually do that, too); most of the time, for regular productivity work (ie, browsers, small spreadsheets, document editing - .v. software development, video processing, etc) most laptops don't require anything close to 60W - 20-30W is plenty. So depending on your usage patterns and needs, give it a shot, if you haven't already - it won't damage anything - it'll just charge more slowly. **Q: On a famous review website they say the auto-resetting fuse is replaceable, however one of the review here says it is not. What's correct?** A: AFAICT, only the traditional fuse in the universal adaptor (MA-1) is replaceable. What they call a self-resetting fuse, in the Super Bagel itself, isn't really a fuse - it is a PPTC - a resistor that has a very low value until it heats up due to over-current; then it has a very high value, which stops current flow. Once it cools down, the resistance falls again. It allows up to 7A before heating to "tripping" point. If you actually manage to put much more than this through the Bagel, I'd start to be concerned about other things in there being permanently damaged, so if I managed to blow the PPTC up, I'd bin the whole unit. In short, I believe it isn't expected that you'd need to replace this within the lifetime of the device, and, as far as I can see (or reason), the casing isn't designed to allow user-replacement of it. **Q: Will this work in Indonesia?** A: The included universal adaptor, MA-1, will fit standard Indonesian outlets. The outlet supply voltage in Indonesia is 240V A/C (RMS) (versus 120V RMS for most outlet circuits in the US). You need to ensure that your devices are happy with that - most older (and many newer) US-market devices will not be.
