Q: Will it work on a 2019 Suntracker?

This tool is not manufacturer specific, this will work with any boat canvas snap. It works very well and have not broken a snap since!

Q: Any idea what snap diameter this works for? I hope to use it to remove panel snaps on my car door...

3/8" snap is what the product is designed for. It might help with other sizes, but would not be nearly as effective.

Q: Will this tool scratch the funish in the boat?

It shouldn't, as you don't rest the tool on the boat itself, only the frame of the windows. If in doubt, rest the tool on a small piece of cloth. My boat is Aluminum, so with me it isn't an issue

Q: What kind if metal is it made of. In other words is it stainless steel?

Yes, it 400 series stainless steel. 400 series is stiffer the 300 series stainless.
