Do these brake pads provider better braking than stock pads?

When you pair them with the drilled and slotted rotors, 100% noticable difference with my heavy Tahoe which I use for towing and off road. I'm pretty hard on brakes and these have taken everything I have put them through for the last 4 years with much quicker stopping power of the stock brakes and rotors. One of my shoes just came unattached from the backing plate, but the rest of my shoes all had at least another year or so left on them and I put over 40,000 miles of abuse on them, so I'm not going to complain too much. I'm very happy with my upgrade. Stock brake pads never lasted me this long and it took much longer to stop.

Did it fit with oem rotors and clippers ?

Are these brake pads for the front or rear? it has some confused information?

These are for the front. I installed them in my 2008 GMC Sierra. Good pads.

Are caliper pin bushings included as some of the marketing images depict? i'm looking at the power stop z23-1363 set for my 2014 gmc sierra
