Thanks** A: It is excellent for supporting your back, sit on the floor and place the edge of the board tight a your back, bend your legs, so that your feet are touching together in front of you, then lie back, stretch your arms above your head and then using the back and curve of the board, raise yourself up and touch your toes with your arms and gently lie back down again. Repeat and build up on a daily basis. **Q: I went to a crossfit taster session and used an ab mat. is this up to crossfit standard? they used them back to front?** A: Yes, I do crossfit and this if ideal for handstand push ups. We don't do sit ups but I do at home, good to engage all the appropriate muscles during sit ups.
