Good product for kitchen use

Worth buying. I hope it won't stop working so soon.

I bought this BRUN food processor as a gift for my mother and sent it to another country. Unfortunately, the device doesn’t turn on and doesn’t work at all. I had to bring it back to Dubai, but I have no idea how to exchange it, and no one has responded to my messages. The product comes with a 1-year warranty, but I haven’t been able to use it or get any support. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Quality is good but reason for giving 3 star is description is wrong...processing bowl capacity is 1.2 ml not 2.1

Je suis ravie de ce robot. Je trouve qu'il est efficace dans ces différentes utilisations et pas très bruyant. La contenance est pour moi suffisante (nous sommes 4 à la maison) et le tout pour un prix somme toute très correct. Certes, les accessoires seront à ranger à côté car il n'y a pas d'emplacement prévu pour cela ,mais ce n'était pas un critère sélectif pour moi. Bref, je le recommande sans hésitation si vous cherchez un robot multifonctions efficace.

Ce robot est très performant pour hacher et râper. Très bien aussi pour monter les blancs en neige ou confectionner une pâte à tarte. Ne peut néanmoins remplacer un pétrin.
