Excellent thermal printer. Once the app is downloaded, it is easy to connect to your smart phone and to begin printing. A couple of things to note: 1) When you first run the app it will try hard to get you to subscribe to an image and storage plan, which is probably not bad, but just keep going till you work your way around it. At first I thought I could not print till I subscribed but that is not so. Now the offer to subscribe DOES NOT pop up when I run the app and printing is a breeze. 2) I have my own thermal paper but when I tried to put the two little white plastic things on the ends it made the roll to tight to turn in the tray. I took off the white end pieces for the paper roll, and it worked perfectly - just dropping the roll into the tray and closing the top. With those two discoveries, it is now a 5-star thermal printer. By the way, it works perfectly with those white end pieces on the rolls they provide but do not feel you have to get re-fills from them only. Power button on side, Top button for opening the paper access. I have other little printers that the top button is power so realize this is not the case here. The sample image you see is on green paper they provided, but on white a photo like this is rather amazing. It has about 10 filters to choose from, showing you exactly what the print will look like. This is a feature that leaves most other little Thermal Printers in the dust. This is portable, rechargeable and fabulous print quality, using the filters. It is great at this price.

I purchased this item, not once did it mentioned I need to subscribe to a monthly subscription for me to use it. I can’t print anything unless I subscribe to it. The extra features I can understand that, but can’t use it unless you pay the monthly fees. The quality of the picture can be blurry if the writing are small prints. I thought it was worth the money until now when they add the subscription to it. First you need to download an app to use it too. Wireless connectivity is very strong. The paper quality is glossy, meaning you can’t use just any type of pens to write on it. Overall, I was excited to use it. I print pictures to use as a label to mark my kids items. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the subscription. I wish I could print basics items without the extra features for Free. They need to add that in their description too that you will need to subscribe to PRINT.

I am absolutly amazed by this little cute light -weight sticker printer! Not only did it connect to my phone very easily via the phomemo app but the set up also was easier than antipated. You can create your own designs or even convert your photos into a graphic to print little stickers. The app seems to automatically know in which format to print which is extraordinary! So if you wanted to print a long label - it will adjust the print to that length! As this comes with three inclusive rolls of themal paper you can also print in two colours or buy others. If you want to use a lot of AI generated images you can buy a cheap yearly subscription but otherwise it's free. The printer is so small and light to carry that you can easily take it with you on any travels. It's useful for business labels, school lessons or just for your own fun. Suitable for any age!! I love it!! And last but not least : the customer service of Phomemo is outstanding. I get an instant helpful response within a few hours. Amazing!! 😄 👏

After managing to set up the printer, my hopes were quickly dashed when I attempted to print my first document. No matter what I tried, the printer consistently failed to respond to print commands. I checked all the connections, ensured the papers were properly installed. Yet, the printer stubbornly refused to cooperate. To make matters worse, the printer's really poor quality, it’s flimsy and prone to jamming, and the overall quality feels cheap and fragile.
