Perfect replacement,worked out of the box!

Failed O-ring
Rubber O-ring oil seal failed after 5 months. Oil was coming right up through the cylinder. The brittle seal was broken in 2 places.

don't waste your money!
I bought this 034EL distributor in February 3 Kuhlteck was the brand. I installed it April 7. Drove the car 8 miles in town through city streets. The vacuum diaphram failed and caused the idle to go up like an open vacuum leak. I have installed many of these distributors of the 034 design. the electronic module was fine ,I had to block the vacuum line to the carb with a bolt and limp home on it . this dizzy didn't las a half hour.

Think Twice
I am in the Philippines. I have ordered this part and returned it twice because of damage or just not working, I still have the third one and I have reinstalled my points distributor..
