Its just a Cream
This is not worth the money... all You get is a brief numbing sensation. This should be considered false advertisement. Do Not Buy this, absolute waste if money the numbing last maybe 15 seconds this did nothing to prevent Premature Ejaculations as promised,just an annoying numbness
