The first responder appears to be a left hander. **Q: Can I use this with the blade at a 45 degree angle (to the wood)?** A: It will work with a bevel cut but once you have it set up for the bevel, you need to make sure the blade does not come into contact with anything before you make your first cut. **Q: Will it work with a 4.5” circular saw?** A: We have not tested them on that small of a saw but as long as it will ride along side the rail it should work. **Q: Does this work with crown and base molding that are different sizes?** A: Kreg Tools suggests that the Station will work with baseboard but not the crown. Honestly? I wish I’d bought it sooner. The Kreg KMA4000‑E is lightweight, portable, and surprisingly accurate for what it is. I mostly use it for trimming 2x4s, shelving panels, and small plywood sheets — and it nails clean 90° and 45° cuts every time. The built-in cut-line indicators are a game changer. I lined it up with my saw’s blade, and now I can make repeatable cuts without second-guessing myself. It’s not a replacement for a full miter saw, obviously. If you’re cutting anything wider than about 8 inches, or need angles beyond 45°, you’ll hit its limits.
