If i wear a 10.5 in nike and a 10 in merrell, should i get these in a 10, or do they run small?

Merrell sizing is the same in different products. I found an 11 vapor glove and an 11 moab flight both fit correctly.

Are these real merrel vapor gloves? I didn’t see this color of vapor glove on their website(US).

How much do they weigh for both shoes together (Size 11)

It can’t be any more than an ounce or two. The material is very thin yet durable. I highly recommend these if you’re getting into barefoot shoes.

Can you add an orthotic to the shoe custom or otherwise?

Why! That would defeat the purpose of the shoe design in the first place. Find a shoe that has a thicker sole and you will be fine. The answer to the question is it would depend on the insert.
