This book covers all the basics of diabetes. Well worth the money, especially good for the elderly who need to stay informed on the knowledge of diabetes.

For me as a person with diabetes this Guide is a gift - better than Xmas. Complete is almost more than complete for managing your diabetes. The section on kidneys, I learned so much so I can teach my family too. I liked the section on Vitamins  and Minerals. I didn’t know about Folic acid or chromium - all the important vitamins and minerals are covered. Plus recipes. how to talk to your dr. I never know what to say. All in a total guide.

This is a great book. I purchased expensive books only to not understand them. This is easy to read and understand. It is very informative! It was so good I bought the other two books of this series! Almost finished them all. They are all MUST HAVE’S for any diabetic or even anyone who wants to learn to help someone else.
