**Q: Any idea what size is this watch?**
A: 51mm.   While large, it wears like a Casio ProTek.   The numbers are larger and that is a good thing. Original G-Shock digits tend to be small for those that wear reading glasses. This watch is terrific.

**Q: What size is the dial?**
A: The dial/digital display is 30mm across (34mm if you include the black ring with writing on it).
The Hour Digits are 9mm tall.
The Seconds Digits are 5mm tall.
The Day/Date Digits are 3mm tall.

**Q: How do you change the year? Haven't seen any info on owners manual, only the day number & month. Others have the same issue?**
A: Keep pressing the left bottom button when changing the time and date then the year comes up to change the same way

**Q: Can you see the time in bright sunlight? And what's the color of the watch?**
A: At the right angle I have no problem reading the display in sunlight. It's part of the "tactical" look of the watch not to have very bright display. This one is dark gray resin. They make an all black watch and a tan watch, which I own also, with more visible positive displays. I really like using the display light for dark environments, helps protect night vision and doesn't light up your face and give away your position, again, tactical features.

This watch has a very big display that makes it very easy to read the time. It has a menagerie of features, including a backlight which is great for dark/lowlight situations. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to read, set and use

This is now my new favorite watch. Despite having a much more expensive g-shock, they didn't have the color options that I wanted and nothing on the G-Shock is easy to read. Always pour contrast. Well, this one weighs half as much as my g-shock, it's easy to read in day or night, the backlight is functionally usable, I could set every aspect of this watch without a manual, one thing I really like is a single button push toggles between 12 and 24-hour time, and as far as LCD digital clocks go, the time is huge. Relative to the size of the watch I mean. This is the one I'm going to be wearing for years. The wrist strap material is a lighter feel than the g-shock, that could be because my G-Shock was 10 years old and maybe the rubber got a little bit tougher, but this does not feel uncomfortable to the point of needing to get an aftermarket strap. I really like this watch. I got the tan color because my G-Shock was black, I like the color as well. For the price, I think this is a good buy. Time will tell if it stands up to impact and lasts but I think you'd have to basically smash it on something and scratch it before you would need to replace it. If you were looking for a Casio G-Shock and you wanted digital only, but you already had other watches and you couldn't justify a hundred dollars or more for a basic digital watch, this one is way easier to read than any G-Shock, the contrast of the screen is significantly better with the black text on white. For the price of 30 bucks, I cannot see anyone returning this.
