An excellent practice aid.
I have been working with a teaching pro who suggested that I pick up this arm band to deal with an "over the top move" that I have been making with my golf swing that produces low, pull-hooks. I have been working with this arm band on the practice range for about a month now. I have seen great results so far. I'm letting the club "fall" at the top of my swing now instead of trying to force the downswing with my arms. I'm hitting the ball higher, straighter, and with much more carry distance than I was before my last lesson and the introduction of this training aid to my practice at the driving range. It is a no-brainer for the price.

I think it’s a great training aid but I don’t use it as much as I thought I would. Although when I do put it on it straightens out my swing

Inexpensive aid that very quickly teaches a player proper arm and body movements, promoting a full shoulder turn while not allowing the arms to “run away”. Everyone should have one.
