So, I took a look and although my batch are small, barrel shapped, hard pressed pills (thus easy to swallow), I hadn't noticed that the Expire date was July 2024. Review: Note: I have used this method of repelling flying insects for al least 25 years. I & my lovely wife take a daily supplements. From late April to frost we add 100mg of thiamine to the daily supplements. This is a water soluble vitamin, if there is any toxicity from high doses I am not aware of it. If we are headed for the woods, lake or stream, we add 1 or 2 more tablets spaced over 8 hours. The theory (works for us) the excess Thiamine is deposited on the skin via sweat, Causes an "odor" that we do not notice and we become "invisible to most flying insects. The rest of the story - I have purchased this from a chain retailer, in their "House" brand for under $3 (USD). Their recent ad push "We have lowered our prices!!". This has become a real laughing point @ our house. The new price on their Thiamine HCl 100mg tablets?- Get This $12.00+ Oh, and of course a new, green label. We prefer Nature Made products however this retailer never stocked it.

I definitely drink more than I should and have been working towards a better me in the past month or so however, I have started taking these daily and it has made a difference in memory as well as physical attributes concerning shaking and focus. I will say the one odd thing is because its a high dosage, you do release a lot of it through your urine and it can make it smell like the Vitamin but thats not an issue knowing the benefits that is has given me. It is not a cure all to alcoholism but its a step in the right direction.

Is what it says. Best B1 I've used. It isn't as nasty smelling as some of the other brands.

Walmart doesn’t stock these anymore! I take B-1 to help with Neuropathy relief. Good price and fast shipping.
