Lastly, all seekers should study this first before delving into the intricacies of your craft, which is akin to Driver’s Ed. You don’t simply jump into a car and drive otherwise, you can get seriously injured or worse. Pick and chose what works for you and doesn't. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Interesting look at energetic secrets passed down in another culture *by K***N on May 15, 2015* Energy Secrets is a really interesting book with a lot of cultural insights thrown in, from England and from Russia. I did not try the diet plan to cleanse as it was pretty intense and I'm not really into that, but I did like reading all of her energy secrets. It's a very quick overview in some cases, like of chakras and auras, and I also learned a lot about how having a clean home affects your energy more than you realize. I've definitely been putting the easier techniques into practice, and there are also some more esoteric ones that seemed too complicated to be practical that I won't be trying. But overall, this is a great book and I love that these techniques were passed down in her family and I think that adds value and credibility to this book.
