Alpha-H Beauty Sleep Power Peel - Overnight Resurfacing Mask (1.69 oz)

This is the best nighttime peel.

I saw no significant effect after using this Alpha H Beauty Sleep Peel for several weeks. I will stick with Alpha H Liquid Gold Exfoliating Treatment, which overnight Brightens and Plumps my aging face and costs about half as much as this Apple H Beauty Sleep Peel.

This peel is strong, yet nourishing and creamy. Most peels are more of a gel consistency, but this is more of a cream. It says that you can apply it over serums, which I’ve tried with success. I thought using serums first might create a barrier, but I can still feel the peel working when I apply it on top of my serums. Of course, with peels like this, you use them twice a week. And it takes several weeks/months before you notice a significant difference. But you can definitely feel this peel working as soon as you put it on. It feels like the strongest peel I’ve ever used, and yet it also feels nourishing and moisturizing at the same time. It has a long list of ingredients - many of which are foreign to me. But it also has a high concentration of the important ingredients for an effective peel. It comes with a pretty high price tag, but a little goes a very long way. And the additional ingredients (which you don’t typically find in other peels) really make this peel stand out from the crowd of Glycolic-acid peels. There are so many additional ingredients in this cream that are great for the skin (Shea butter, almond oil, papaya enzyme and mango seed butter, just to name a few). To me, this is a worthwhile “investment”, which is why I’m giving it a solid five stars.

It's beneficial but I don't find it worth $84.99. I'll update if results are more dramatic with long term use. Otherwise, there are just too many other products that work as well or better for less. Parfum is added. The tube had a foil seal.

I had never heard of a “leave on” face mask, so this was a new experience for me. Here’s how it went: ~ I began after a night shower before bedtime. ~ the consistency is creamy & thick. ~ I squeezed out a bit on my fingertips & dotted it across my forehead. ~ it spreads fairly easily, but I also dabbed at it because it got a bit sticky as it dried. ~ right away, I felt a zinging sensation - not stinging like pain, but definitely there. ~ I have 61 yr old, sun damaged, very dry, sensitive skin & I’m always looking for ways to improve it. ~ the next morning, I rinsed my face & my skin felt really smooth & soft. ~ I had some slight flaking in some areas, but no irritation or issues. ~ the directions say to use 2x/week, but with as much tingling as I felt, I’m going to spread the days out. Now for the elephant in the room: Price. It’s expensive! Quite expensive. Like $50/oz expensive. And I was surprised at the minimal packaging & plain squeeze bottle at this price point - I mean, show me a little flash before you… take my cash. BUT — if glycolic acid (2nd ingredient listed) + some retinol are your jam, this is a good product. I’m willing to pay for things that work & this makes my skin look better with no ill effects, so all good. **Thank you for reading this review & I hope that it’s Helpful!** 😊

This Beauty Sleep Power Peel is truly amazing. I know it says Peel in the title, but it doesn’t really make your skin peel. This is more like an overnight moisturizer. You’re supposed to use this 2 nights a week. It is supposed to help target signs of aging, and help to keep your skin plump and firm. I’ve only been using it for a little while but I can already see a difference in my skin. It looks so much better since I’ve been using this stuff. The consistency is nice and creamy. It has a slight scent to it but it smells great. This has amazing ingredients in it! I would highly recommend this!

This night peel is a powerful exfoliator and collagen booster and my skin saw results after just one use. After using it for a couple of weeks, my skin is brighter and more even-toned. If you’re one who likes to see quick results, this is a good product for that. The collagen-boosting part will take 4-6 months but is proven so I am looking forward to those results. With glycolic acid at 14%, no more than 2 days a week is optimal and if you are a newbie to AHAs, start with one day a week at first. This is a potent amount of glycolic acid but it’s amazing for younger-looking skin. The other exfoliant in this peel, gluconolactone, has many of the same benefits as glycolic acid but is less harsh and better for sensitive skin. Retinol is, of course, a superstar all on its own and the addition of it in this peel makes this an amazing anti-aging product! To balance out the potential harshness of the AHAs, there are some lovely moisturizing and soothing ingredients in here too like glycerin, jojoba oil, shea butter, mango seed butter, almond oil, grape seed oil, allantoin, amino acids, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid. I would agree with other reviewers that the price is too high. There are other, similar products that cost less. Overall, this is a great night peel and it works. But the price needs to come down before I’ll choose this again.

This is hands-down one of the best skincare products I've ever tried. It's simply incredible. I was initially skeptical as I hadn't come across this brand before and was not expecting the product to live up to the high price tag. However, this product doesn't need to be carried by the name of a famous brand - it really speaks for itself and is so obviously a high end product. It is packed with high concentrations of active ingredients and left my skin feelign absolutely amazing - better than it has in months - the morning after application. Despite the high price tag, I'll definitely be re-purchasing this as it's rare to come across a skincare product this effective. Youthful skin is an investment, right? Also, you only have to use this once a week to see an effect so despite the high cost, it should at least last a long time!

Die Dose war meines Erachtens nach nicht komplett gefüllt, obwohl ich das Produkt höchstens zweimal pro Woche anwende ,es nach vier Wochen bereits leer war sehr seltsam

Tal como pone el titulo el producto es bueno ( ya lo había probado antes) , cierto es que el precio es elevado, pero a mi personalmente me merece la pena. Destacar el último embalaje, vino aplastado. Creo que por el precio merecía un mejor embalaje.
