I was a little worried as I've never used this brand, I normally go for the Brita. But this one here is so much Better! The water flows way faster, the taste is good, and it's easy to use, and store I use it for everything.

We have loved the pitcher from the beginning, especially not needing to remove the lid to fill the pitcher. Unfortunately the light malfunctioned and would not stop blinking for two weeks until it burnt out. I contacted Waterdrop customer service for a replacement light and they instead sent me a whole new lid (as well as a little bonus for my "inconvenience." I like when the objects and tools I use are pretty as well as useful and am very glad to have purchased this pitcher. (p.s. yes, the important part: water tasteds great after filter!)

Super easy to fill, filters quick, tastes fine. I don’t need the 37 filter time minutes of zero water, sometimes I’m just thirsty, I have kids, and they never fill this thing. Fill up the reservoir and in around a min, it’s ready to go. Filter lasts a long time, and comes with the pack of replacements. So far so good and it’s been a couple months.

Whatever is being used to chlorinate my tap water leaves a very strong smell. This corrects the problem. Once set up, it is easy to use. The pitcher is solidly built. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that the filter replacement light on mine does not work. This is not material to me; I can keep track of when the filter needs to be replaced.

I would recommend. I feel like my water tastes better.
