Awesome pool heater!
This unit really works well. I havenโt had any issues with it and this is my second summer using it. During installation I had questions for the seller which they responded promptly. Definitely recommend the seller.

Easy install, super fast pool heat up to temp
This is a big unit - maybe bigger than a clothes drier! You may need equipment to put it in place. Find a location so the the in and out water lines are a straight shot. 220v - the wire is pricey +- $600. I put a disconnect on the house then ran an SOOW cord to the heater so I can unplug in the winter time. Iโm in Maine. When installed the 18x36 pool was 68 and in 1 day it was 82!!! I use a solar blanket so not to lose pool heat at night. The unit is super quiet. I should have done this years ago.

So Far, So Great!
We have had our pump installed for about 2 weeks now. It works great. Our pool went from frigid to perfect in about a day. Everything seems to be working great. My husband was able to install it fairly easily. Shipping was top notch and went smoothly. They will call you the day prior to confirm someone is available which is nice.

Great unit just don't buy from In The Swim Pool Supplies they are a joke to deal with.
Heat pump is awesome. Just got it going after a month of delay due to the seller In The Swim Pool Supplies a horrible third party. Raypak stood behind their name and sent us the parts to get it going. We have it installed in a 15,000 gallon in ground and it's heating about 1.5 degrees per min. Can't wait to jump in tomorrow. Thank you Raypak!!! Customer service has been superb!!!

Raypak doesn't have the parts needed for repairing this unit. Horrible Customer service and product
Raypak You should be ashamed to sell this garbage, but if you continue to You really should have the parts to repair it. Also update your manual with all the parts

Works well and came quickly
This thing is big but my guy tells me it was easy to install. I am a disaster at anything useful so I must rely on smart people. Heated up the pool right away. Pleasure dealing with the vendor and shipping company.

Very huge with a pretty high cost for electrical hookup
I only had this unit for a couple of months when the weather was already pretty hot so I really can't comment on its efficiency or warming power. As the month of September approaches I should be able to comment on these qualities. The electrical hook up in the Northeast cost me 5500 which included an Amp Service upgrade to 200 AMP. The documentation is really not too clear in the overall setup. The unit continued to run after my pump shut off. The manual did not help. Upon web research one person mentioned a flow switch in the unit which, I believe, comes set for an inground pool where the pool surface water is lower than the input and output of the heater. Since I have an above ground pool the surface level was higher than the heaters in/out causing the small low flow into the heater to think that there was flow. This flow switch/valve is located in the panel on the left close to the bottom. There is a locking mechanism that prohibits the spinning of the flow switch to make it less sensitive. Once I figured out how to unlock the adjustment I spun it to the higher value and replaced the lock. Now the unit goes on and off based on the pump being on! Hope this helps
