I saw a review about it turning a dog’s ears red. So I read the instructions very carefully & it clearly states on the bottle if your dog is allergic to the ingredients not to use it. I was unsure if my dog was or not, so i decided to buy it & do a patch test first. Because she was excessively digging at her ears & scratching them. So when I receive the product, I did examine her ears quite well to make sure she had no open sores in them. Since she didn’t have any open sources on them .
