A: I'm not sure  , but they don't stick well . Hope that helps

A: No reason you couldn't attach to inside of notebook.  The attachment tab is thin and flat.  Great product, I have these on two of my Tablets to hold stylus and pen.

**Q: Has anyone tried these on a tablet case to hold a stylus?**
A: Stylus not wide enough would fall through

A: Can be used anywhere. On wall ,in car , on note book. Yes any places you want to put a pen or pencil
