I plan on buying another pair which are lace up.These are really good gloves. I reach for these, and I have 4 sets of gloves from various other brands at similar price points. I won't give all the brands here, but for sparring, partner drills, light bag work.....general training....I grab these. For heavy bag work.....I like a harder glove Fairtex BGV9, a Mexican style glove.....otherwise....grabbing these. These will never be mistaken for Winning gloves, but they are also a third of the price. The gloves are a little tight, so keep that in mind. I have small hands and with wraps, it's a little tough to get your gloves on. The price seems to be steadily climbing, which is disappointing. At the old price point of $100 and under, they were the best value on the market. Now for $119 ($149+ with metallic), the value isn't quite the same. At that price you're better off with a custom option such as Sabas, Top Boxer, or UMA.
