This bar is a good size for both my wife and me. A good addition to our cable machine.

I've been training for about 45 years and just recently moved to silicon valley. I've got my own gym and I'm trying to use it after a couple years away from training. This means I am older and need to take advantage of things like ergonomics and cables. This bar is just right for curls from two angles and really helped with the elbow position when I try going a little bit heavier. It was not expensive and has a sturdy attachment that is unique but very well made.

Nicely padded. More narrow than regular ones.

Works well. Comfortable grip, good grip size & overall length. The nylon webbing accessory & d ring are better than expected. Solid enough for me and my setup.

I got this specifically for doing cable curls in my home gym. I had been using a straight bar and was noticing some stress in my wrists as I was moving up to heavier weights. I thought an angled grip might be better. Most bars online were too long for curls. The short length on this bar was exactly what I was looking for. This has eliminated the wrist stress I was getting and now I can keep progressing.

It's perfect in size and comfortable! The hook and the tissue part that holds it look flimsy but seems to hold up great!
