Review: Outstanding sound quality that exceeds expectations - I've owned a number of portable Bluetooth speakers over the years, but the Soundcore Motion Boom is easily one of the most impressive. The sound quality is excellent, producing clear vocals, detailed mids and crisp highs, while the bass is far more powerful than you'd expect from a speaker of this size. The BassUp feature genuinely makes a noticeable difference, adding extra depth without making the music sound muddy or overpowering. Whether listening to rock, classical, jazz or podcasts, everything sounds balanced and enjoyable, even at higher volumes where there's very little distortion. Bluetooth pairing was quick and reliable, and the connection has remained stable throughout use. The controls are simple and intuitive, while the battery life has been outstanding, lasting for several listening sessions before needing a recharge. I also appreciate the rugged, portable design. It feels well built, is easy to carry thanks to the integrated handle, and inspires confidence for use in the garden, on days out or while travelling. Review: What an ABSOLUTE BEAST - The size, price, bass and overall sound is absolutely AMAZING. I am a huge bass head when it comes to music but I also don't like to overspend. I picked up this Motion Boom for £54.99 and I have to say, I'm absolutely thrilled. I planned to use this for small pool parties, gardening and listening to music around the house, this is literally perfect. I've got other Soundcore products, namely the Soundcore mini 3 for when I'm outside and want to conserve backpack space and the A20i budget earbuds which are also great for the price (£15.99 on discount!!) The build quality of this speaker feels very solid and I have zero complaints for the price at all. However, the speaker that I got as Renewed was labelled as "Excellent" condition meaning no visible cosmetic damage from 30 cm away. There is visible damage that I can see from even 60 cm away, however nothing deal-breaking for me to warrant sending it back, but I would label this quality to be Good or Very Good at best. You would get an insane outdoor sound system for £110 if you decided to buy 2 and seamlessly pair them via TWS, however I have no need to as this is plenty loud for what I need. When buying renewed, there's a chance you won't get the original box or original accessories, I did get the original box but a generic Chinese USB-C cable which isn't a big deal either as I knew that was likely to happen when buying renewed. I really do highly suggest taking advantage of the Soundcore equalizer app, it is a real game changer with all Soundcore products, the sound difference is very much noticeable and will most definitely improve the quality for everyone. If you're still unsure at whether you want to splash out the £54.99 (at the time of this review), then give some review videos a watch, I watched countless videos to see whether this was the right speaker for me, and it most definitely was. The sound quality is excellent, producing clear vocals, detailed mids and crisp highs, while the bass is far more powerful than you'd expect from a speaker of this size.
