Cooler Master isn't what it used to be
Bought my original in February of 2023. Worked well until the usb Comnector fell out when cleaning. Bought a second one from Amazon(used) because I needed my pc up. Stopped working after 2 months. Cooler Master RMA support is a joke, expect no response. When it works, the cooler is great, but the second you get any issue, you are on your own because the manufacturer will not help you at all. Can't wait for them to be sued

Needs some tweaking, then it performs amazingly.
I bought one of these last year. I managed to find a Gigabyte Tachyon also on Amazon for £199, and got this for around £50. At the time I was using an 11400F, but have since changed that to a 11700k. This was not my main rig at the time. First up - the pump is revoltingly noisy at the stock connections. It takes a 12v feed from a SATA cable, so I wired up an adapter to make it run at 7v because it is the loudest pump I have ever heard. Amazingly this also made the temps better. I do not run the cryo mode unless we are in the height of summer. Temps are absolutely fine until it goes over 25c in my apartment. At which point I set cryo mode to on. The funny thing is the unit does not do what it did in reviews. I suppose since the release Intel have changed the way it works, meaning it does not just sit on all of the time eating power. It seems to switch on and off adaptively, meaning it will use a lot less power. So I don't understand why there is a guy on here saying it needed more development as there are much more modern drivers and software for it? Overall this was a great buy. It's very well built, too.

Chills but at a price
The pump on this makes so much noise it’s crazy. Does cool very good! Got it to 0degrres Celsius. But the noise 😭

Overall good.
Install Cryo Cooler Controller on GitHub to expand compatibility with hardware ;) The pump noise is a bit much, but for 84€, I can't complain too much. Shipping from the seller I bought it from wasn't great. Thin plastic was wrapped around the product box, and that's it. The box is slightly dented and there is cosmetic wear, but there was no damage to the product inside the box.
