The other times I've purchased, I didn't have an issue so I will order again hoping it was just a one time thing. I've purchased this multiple times but I'm very disappointed with my last bag. EVERY SINGLE PACKET was split open on the side, spilling grounds everywhere and making the bags unusable. They don't allow returns.
