Great quality and lives up to expectation. They last long and despite me ensuring the quality live up to expectation and protects my device when I ensure to change it at the notice of any problems. It's great that it comes with many because other companies don't offer deals like this.

This is one of the best glass kits I've gotten. They included everything you could need including wipes and guide stickers (guide stickers in particular are easily forgotten by manufacturers.) The guide frame is also an exceptional touch that I appreciate a lot. With the frame in place it's almost impossible even without the stickers to line the protector up wrong. Combine the two and you're almost guaranteed a perfect placement every time. I only have two complaints, only one of which is specific to this one: it's not quite as wide as the actual screen. It's extremely close, but falls short by probably less than even a single millimeter in total. This means a bit of a prismatic rainbowing effect on each side on anything brighter (like websites such as Amazon.) It can also make edge swipes just a little more awkward and more likely to catch (careful if you have long nails in particular I guess.) Overall the rainbowing isn't too bad and it still works pretty well though, so it's really more of a minor annoyance than a serious problem. The other thing is, unfortunately, a common problem with pretty much all modern screen protectors for modern phones. Modern phones almost all have beveled edges to the glass on the front now, but screen protectors are completely flat. Even plastic screen protectors are usually stiff enough to stick out just a bit at the edges. This can show kind of ugly (especially on darker images) but, more importantly, makes it easier to accidentally knock an edge or corner loose and they can gather dust. I would like to see screen protectors for modern phones start to implement a bit of a curve in their own shape to accommodate this and sadly neither this (nor any other to be fair) does this yet. That said, other than those two things -- only one of which is really directly its fault -- this is an excellent screen protector kit. In fact, I think this is the first time I've ever been able to get one just right on the first try so actually have backups. (So, again, if I could, I'd give a 4.5/5.)

The Pixel 4a 5G uses a screen edge swipe that is used to "go back" instead of on-screen buttons. That causes this screen protector to move out of center every 2-4 months because swiping on the edge of the screen all of the time. It shows up wherever you normally edge-swipe. It is the best I've used on this phone for dropping protection/impacts, preventing screen damage. I've gone through 2 that prevented screen damage (hard impacts) and 2 where the protector got too out of alignment. It's just a little annoying that it likes to move around given that it comes with an alignment jig so that the protector is installed centered. The problem is the opposite side starts to form a little gap that like to collect dirt and gunk and the other corner becomes open to a hard smack that actually breaks the screen. Replace it every 3 months and you won't care. It is really good at absorbing hard impacts compared to another brand of roughly same price. More cracks means more energy absorbsion it my book.

TWO DAYS. That is how long this tempered glass lasted before getting an unexpected hairline crack down the entire length of the screen. I didn't drop it. I put this on a brand new phone before ever using it, and it is my first new phone in a VERY long time, so I have been extremely careful with it. There is no explanation for where this could have came from other than *maybe* that it *touched* my keys while in my purse. I have never had this happen to the tempered glass on a phone before. It certainly is not as durable as others I have used in the past, which I have had for YEARS without a crack. I am extremely disappointed. If it weren't for extreme light coming through the window at just the right angle while the phone was sitting in my desk, I don't know how long it would have taken me to realize it, though. Luckily it is just a hairline, and doesn't really interfere with how the screen functions or looks unless you are really looking for it. Still, if you see it from the side, there is a big ol crack that runs from the top center, right down to the bottom center of the phone. Pretty disappointing after such an incredibly short period of time, and not even after a drop. These are cheap, and you do get 4 front replacements, but there's no way I'm taking this thing off so soon to do it again (probably just to have it fail again anyway). Aside from that, there are two good things I have to say, which is that I like that this comes with a template which you snap over the phone and use to line it up, instead of eyeballing it while hovering over with the guide tape. That made installation much easier, although for some reason it still didn't quite line up perfectly right (but close enough), and I had to jimmy the guide off. I have also seen absolutely no bubbles or gaps at the edges, and the touchscreen works perfectly and doesn't have any responsiveness issues. That, I appreciate.
