Way better than Hamilton Beach
I had to return the Hamilton Beach programmable one because it kept shutting off for no reason. I was going to go back to the manual style because I blamed my electric supply. I'm very glad I decided to try this Crockpot. It is WAY better. It hasn't shut itself off once. I also love that you don’t have to use the timer when you don't need it. The timer is very handy but you can also just put it on one of the 3 settings and go to work. It will still be on when you get home. If you do use the timer, it'll automatically switch to warm when its done. Lastly, it holds a better, and more consistent temperature on each setting than HB did. Its a way better slow cooker. WAY better.

A Fantastic Appliance
This is my first Crock Pot, and I'm rather excited about it because I have seen so many videos on YouTube as to just how handy these things are. Since I did watch so many videos, the instruction sheet was almost unnecessary, though the sheet does give you hints and tips on cooking several things, as well as the all-important list of what NOT to do, such as, "Do not cook with the lid clamped down." And while yes, there have been some who have complained that everything doesn't fit together snugly, that is probably deliberate in its design. Contraction and expansion is pretty well known to most people by now. Plus, if the heat was constantly in direct contact with the stoneware, it may not be as efficient. A little breathing room can go a long way. The first thing I made was pulled Buffalo chicken, and while I have to admit that the Crock Pot did exude a "New" aroma, it still made a damn fine meal, and it didn't taste like what I was smelling. After its first use, this "New" aroma was no longer present. It just needed some breaking in. Another great feature is that it automatically switches from cooking to warming mode when the cooking time expires. Personally, I think it would be nice to have an alarm when it goes from cooking to warming mode just so you know it's done. And while it does get pretty hot to the touch, the handles are comfortably cool enough to lift and move this if necessary, even when this is at its hottest. Pros: It's new, so I can't say just how long it will actually last, but Crock Pot is the industry leader. They invented this, so I went with them. Let's see what happens in 5 years. Its easy to set and forget. The fact that it automatically switches to warm mode when done is fantastic . The digital touch pad is great, but hopefully this won't be a con later on. Only time will tell if the circuitry behind this will last the test of time. The lid can be locked down so you can transport this and its contents. Cons: It is a bit wobbly. There are two feet in the front, and one in the back. Really people? Who got paid for this "innovation?" Would it be so difficult for you to simply make it with two in the front, and two in the back!?! This is my only design complaint. If I could, I would give this 4 1/2 stars, but since I can't, I'm rounding up and giving it 5 stars. Not really a con. Dummy me didn't think that having something cooking on the counter would NOT draw my cats to it. They smell all that good stuff going on within, and they want in on it. MY BOTTOM LINE: It's easily programmable, and it simply does what it is supposed to do. Who can ask for anything more? Oh wait, I can. A longer warranty would be appreciated, since it is only a one year warranty, and a more stable base. But other than that, I am very satisfied.

Best Crock Pot
This replaced another slow cooker I had for years. It has not disappointed. Lid locks were different but I have made it thru since Oct 2025 with no issues. Goes thru the dishwasher , lid and crock liner. Digital readout and 30 min increments. High low & warm settings.

Could not be happier with this --- and it's turned out to be quite the money saver too!
I want to say upfront that I am someone who resisted buying a crock pot for many years, as I associated it as an "old lady thing". I also never understood why I'd need one of these if I had an oven already. But, after getting this Crock Pot and using it a few months I doubt I will ever go back to not having one. It just makes my life so much easier...and food turns out better in the crock pot than it ever did in the oven. I now make a roast beef every Sunday (which I start on Saturday night, actually) and we have that through Tuesday, usually. I make the renderings and juices into a beef stew for the last day...and it's delicious. I actually cooked a Butterball turkey roast in this for Thanksgiving that was the perfect amount for two people. I now make turkey a few times a month for us...and that's something I never made in the oven because I was always scared of how it would turn out. Owning this crock pot has made me try all sorts of new things I never made before, which has added a lot to my life. I also think we don't waste any food as the crock pot seems to turn out meals that leave few scraps and leftovers. I think it helps me stretch our groceries budget that way (for example...we end up getting an extra meal of beef stew out of this that I'd never have if I made the roast in the oven...things like that). This crock pot is so easy to use: I cook on the low setting for 8.5 to 9 hours, depending on what I am making. It takes me about 5 minutes to put the meat and vegetables in and to set the timer and seal the lid. And then I don't even touch the thing until it is ready. It automatically stops cooking and sets itself to "warm" when it's done. I've left this on overnight and it's been on "warm" setting for up to five hours and the food was still perfect. Roast beef just falls apart with the fork. Turkey is so juicy and tender. Pulled pork turns out like a dream (I just put a pork shoulder in there and then pour BBQ sauce on top and it does the rest). I use this probably 3 times a week now...and have not put anything in the oven besides a pizza and some cinnamon rolls since I bought the crock pot. Also, an unexpected benefit of having this is that I have stopped spending money on fast food or sandwiches since there is now almost always something either in the fridge from the crock pot or cooking in the crock pot...so it's helped my family's budget in that regard since I'm becoming better at planning meals since the crock pot takes those 8 hours to cook. I tried the high setting once to make a bunch of chicken breasts in about 3.5 hours...and they were tender and juicy and were delicious. I have to experiment with more things on that high setting...but to be honest I am just so in love with making tender roast beef and turkey that I end up cooking those a lot. I have never been able to make roast beef this good before so I'm still kind of amazed by that.

Good Crock-Pot, Bad latches
This Crock Pot works great. Heats up fast and cooks evenly. The reason for 4 stars is the locking lid. One of the latches broke the second time I used it. The little pin fell out and is forever lost. The second latch broke after the 5th use. My husband saw where the pin landed so he was able to fix it. It still works fine with only one latch, I just don't use it but kind of lame that this feature was a fail for the price you pay. I've ordered a replacement lid and we will see how that one holds up.

Works as it should!
Great crockpot! Might have to shorten cooking time a bit going forward. It seems a little hotter than my last.

Great quality, large capacity
I love how big it is. I use it for weekly meal prep every week and the timer function is great if you want to cook overnight or cook when your at work.

Ripoff in broad daylight
I had ordered this product on Amazon. It was after I received the delivery of this product that I realised that this is a product manufactured for use in the United States of America and Canada. This is a high wattage appliance that runs on the 120 V 60 cycles supply. The manufacturers do not provide clear instructions or information on the power rating of this appliance. When contacted via their website, they were categorical that using the device outside of the USA and Canada post is a safety hazard and a strictly not recommended. Cart2India has declined to accept the product as a return , claiming that the product was delivered as promised. One wonders why a trusted brand like Amazon puts up, for sale , on it's portals, an appliance that is not designed for safe usage in India

Slow cooker review
Used it many times after getting it. Works great. The only thing I’m concerned about is the seal around the cover. It looks thin. Hopefully it will last.
