This is a wonderful product. It worked well for my neck pain. The product quality is good and long lasting.

Sharing my experience so people may benefit. How-to :Use this device on hard surface, preferably on floor. Start with couple of minutes as initially I found it quite painful. Gently rock/sway your neck to ease pressure. Over couple of days i got quite used to it. I increased duration of use over time. I used to suffer from cervical pain, primarily due to long work hours in front of laptop and prolonged use of mobile phone( stooping head forward) I had to undergo physiotherapy multiple times and typically traction used to help me. With use of this device i was able to feel my neck stretch and i have been using it for few months now and has helped manage my cervical issue well. I also ensured ergonomic seating and consciously avoid bad posture especially stooping head forward. Overall this helped me.

It should've had a manual or at least a how-to-use video on the product page. Also, it wasn't packed in the product company's packing box. It should've been packed in its product company's box for its authenticity. It also gives out a smell like any rubber product. And is a bit hard material. Would've liked it a bit softer to feel comfortable at the neck.

Lousy product.Total waste of money and a pain in the neck is what I got!

I have Cervical spondylitis - this product has given good relaxation. As shown in the picture, need a thin pillow/bedsheet - beneath the neck for head to touch the floor creates a proper alignment for neck to relax. In the beginning it's hard to use it <5min. On regular usage it has given greater comfort for neck muscles.

I give this product 2 star because... 1 star for their marketing team and 1 star for my stupidity...this product is full waste of money.

I would like to thank the makers of this product. I highly recomond this to the people who are suffering with neck, shoulder pain. I am writing this review almost after more then 6 month of use... Place it properly under your neck and lay down still for 10 min...you will surly go to sleep and after 3 to 5 dua you will feel that you have less pain now

I have been suffering from neck pain issues for quite some time, and have not been able to sleep many nights. I very recently bought this device and have experienced a huge relief from the first usage itself. I am not completely cured of my neck and shoulder issues, but I am sure with regular use I will see a difference soon.

Its one of my best amazon purchases. The quality is so good . I have a cervical disc & TMJ and it relieved my neck pain in 10 mins. Totally recommend this product

BE PATIENT - IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped - it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

Es una maravilla, desde el primer uso sientes una mejoría asombrosa, el descanso es impresionante. Durante su uso las primeras veces pueden ser incómodas pero al retirarlo puedes percibir una mejoría extraordinaria. Estoy verdaderamente contenta con esta compra. Lo recomiendo altamente, el material súper resistente, no es plástico rígido del que se rompe, se puede limpiar con facilidad. Me cambio la vida!

Que dire? Je suis agréablement surprise! Bien honnêtement, je ne m'attendais pas à grand'chose avec ce morceau de mousse, mais bon, mes maux de tête fréquents et surtout les commentaires positifs sur le produit m'ont convaincue de prendre une chance et de commander. Résultats? J'ai tellement bien fait! Lorsqu'un mal de tête commence à s'installer, j'utilise le coussin. Environ dix minutes plus tard, la douleur disparait complètement ou est significativement réduite. Au début, je n'y croyais pas vraiment, parce que le soulagement était si immédiat...je me suis dit : "ce doit être un hasard". C'est pourquoi j'ai attendu un peu avant de faire cette critique, car je voulais voir si les résultats restaient bons à moyen-long terme, après plusieurs essais. Réponse : Soulagement à chaque utilisation (soit disparition complète du mal de tête) ou diminution significative. Très honnêtement, je suis surprise et heureuse de dire que ce coussin réussit à réduire mon utilisation d'antidouleurs...et cela, ce n'est pas rien! Conclusion : un réel succès pour mon cas et un rapport qualité-prix-efficacité imbattable. J'ai mis 3 étoiles pour le confort, parce qu'il ne s'agit pas ici d'un "coussin pour le confort" mais bien pour un traitement au niveau des cervicales. Le coussin est rigide, bien moulé autour de mes épaules et la base du cou mais pas ce qui est des plus confortable. J'imagine que cela est nécessaire pour la traction des cervicales et pour son efficacité. Donc...en autant que cela marche, c'est tout ce qui compte pour moi!!! Cliente satisfaite et soulagée!!
