if u have high porosity, this is a very good conditioner bars. But if u have low porosity like me it will feel a little heavy on your hair and feels slightly rough. I have experienced flakiness and also buildups.. I guess I will use this occasionally.

Noticeable difference after 1 use. My hair felt softer and silkyier after just one use. Feels great on my scalp as well. After about a week of usage my hair looks thicker and smoother than ever before.
