I also drink sleep herbal tea as well prior to bedtime. For me the combo really works! I have a hard time falling asleep - thats my biggest issue. So with this combo I do above I have not had any issues falling right to sleep and staying asleep all night. Like others have reported, I do not have that groggy feeling at all when I wake in the morning. I had tried a couple of prescription and melatonin and both left me groggy in the mornings.
