The Optimal Dose- Dr Judson Somerville MD - but WAY Overpriced!
This is the only single capsule that will give you the “Optimal Dose.” Stay healthy, take 30k iu a day. Read the book. I am adding this addition: The product is WAY overpriced, to the point that it is a gouge. Going to drop to 4 stars based on price.

Great product and the dose I need! I am feelign much better!
Great porduct recently learned that just taking 1 or 2,000 iu per day just isn't enough that we should be taking 10,000 as we only absorb about 3-4k.
