When I first saw this product on Amazon at such a low price, I wasn't sure if it was real or not. Nevertheless I ordered it and it actually was a genuine unused product, with the seal and all. I am very happy with the product and 100% recommend the phone as at this price it is a steal! Note: I did buy from the seller Electronic Hub, so cannot vouch for all the sellers.

Bought this phone charging system is faulty. Whenever inserted the charger the phone switched off. Tried to return and it was rejected that I had broken a seal. Please be advised just work to a shop and buy a phone coz if it has a problem you have a granted to be helped. I paid 1000aed for a phone that am not using.. This is so unfair

So its new for me and i was worried about the battery drain issue which is mentioned in many places. Did some settings working fine now.lets see in the furure. Camera is good touch is smooth. The back panel is matte so no finger prints. Overall m liking it

I unboxed this S21 ultra to find that the factory sticker that you peel before you use the camera wasn't there then later i just discovered that the glass of the middle camera is shatered. The mobile didn't fall, no physical damage happened and there was no impact. I am treating this phone like a newborn since i unboxed it. There is defenitly something wrong with this item and there are a lot of red flags. For example the S21 ultra doesn't come out of the box with a screen cover that has the name and the logo printed on it while the item i received has one and its quality is poor and cheaply printed on it. Also there were no manual or any paper work inside the black floder where the charging cable is stored inside the boxand there is no any QR code or any label on this folder. Even the simcard tray removal pin looks used. In addition to all of this i am sure that the Camera lense isn't original because there is no way it cracks that easy on its own without any impact or physical damage, specially when i couldn't find the factory sticker on the cameras' area on the back of the phone when it came out of the box. On top of all the seller asked me to remove my review and he promised to accept the return order and issue a refund and when i requested a return he kept on rejecting it while telling me that he has done his part and now its on Amazon's support team to send someone to collect it. Amazon support team said that he cancelled my first return request and rejected the second one. To sum it up, i don't recommened Ku Biz as a seller under any circuistances. Don't go through a terrible experience like me and find other sellers with better ratings.

I ordered S21+ 5g (Black) Snapdragon 888 version, I am happy and satisfied to recieve it as described, within 2 days.

Phone is not new , It is used, also there is problem in phone it is turning off anytime. I want to replace it.

Camera is good, as expected for the price range. So is the build quality which feels nice and sturdy. Dual sim function is appreciated and the 256GB storage means you wont miss an SD card. It does feel a bit heavy (comparing to my old OnePlus 5 of 150g, to this which is 200g). Adding a cover to it will make it heavier and bulkier (it is a big phone). But these are the standards for new phones. It will take some getting use to. Battery life has not been great so far, around 4 hours on screen time but this is in the 2/3 days I have had the phone. It will probably improve over time when it learns my usage patterns and if I apply some optimisation tricks. The finger and facial recognitions are not as fast as my old phone but considering that it doesnt have a dedicated sensor (finger) as my old phone, but rather an in-screen one, the speed is expected and impressive. Not a deal breaker. Overall it is a good phone, especially at the price I got it for on sale.

Coming from an older android phone (Oneplus 6T), this phone really feels like a step up. The in-hand feel is really nice, which I was a little sceptical of at first due to the camera bump but I hardly ever even notice it and the back finish/material is really nice to touch. I haven't had the phone for very long so I haven't been able to explore the full range of features but from customisation, video quality, audio quality and such it really is a solid device. The main reason I bought the phone was for the cameras, which, even in my short time of testing, have been better than I'd expected. The amount of modes you have to play with in this device are incredible, and with so much control over all the little aspects that you could ever want to tweak I think this is going to be a hard one to beat. The front camera has always been a problem for me on my older phones since the quality seems to take a significant drop, but in this phone it is a crisp image with the option for skin smoothing in selfies if you're having a bad skin day.. because, boy, this phone will tell it like it is. :DD

Bought the white S21 in the Prime Day sale with the Samsung cash back offer. Upgraded from an LG G6 which was nearly 4 years old. This is a breath of fresh air. Lovely adaptive screen. Perfectly sized so not too big in a gents pocket. Camera is excellent. Am a total convert to wireless charging which is a nice thing to have. Battery life is very good, but not excellent. By turning on Dark Mode and putting apps to sleep, getting a whole day's worth of battery is easy, but for someone that is a medium to heavy user I usually have 20% left by around 8pm. Which isn't bad by any stretch. Fingerprint reader is excellent and this is one of the features that persuaded me to stick with Android over converting to iOS. Especially when you still have a facemask and the iPhone 12 and above only have fingerprint readers (I think). There is facial recognition with the S21 if that's your thing anyway. Like the look of the white version but was almost tempted by the purple model. It is also highly customisable, which seems daunting at first with all the various options, but a joy to use once all set up, especially the Bixby routines. There are arguably better value sub-£300 handsets out there, but Samsung have smashed this out of the park. If you can get it for around £515, which is what I paid after cashback, then I think you can begin to justify the outlay. Would highly recommend.

Guys, I have been reading everywhere that people said that the S21 ultra 512 GB version is discontinued, and that made me hopeless to just get the 256 GB. However, I still searched for the 512 version almost every day. Two days ago, they appeared on Amazon UK, and I almost couldn't believe it. I bought it immediately and now I have used it for a day. Furthermore, I am also scared because many people mentioned overheating problems with the Exynos 2100 and 512 GB versions, and mine is exactly both! (that's why I bought mine from Amazon due to their strong return policy). However, I mainly use my phone for Whatsapp video calls for like two to three hours each call, and the S21 ultra barely got warm. It also has a decent battery life, just as other Samsung phones I owned (Note 9, Note 10, Fold 2). I am so happy and I don't think I will return this phone. P.S: I bought this phone to replace my Z Fold 2. I am tired of babying the Fold, it made me less using it, and because I live in Scotland which is raining almost every day and the Fold isn't water-resistant. Thanks for reading, guys!

I now use my phone for the majority of my digital life, in the same way that we used to use Filofaxes! I wouldn't want to do without it. The camera is far superior than on my previous Samsung S9, all the functions are much quicker, and the battery lasts much longer between charges than my previous phone. Battery life was always a negative on Samsung phones, but no longer, thank goodness. I now use apps much more than I used to, and now no longer use my ipad. The Samsung S21+ is an excellent phone and I would thoroughly recommend it.
