Sharp Digital Alarm Clock with Keyboard Controls, Large Snooze, Red LED

I needed another alarm clock, but didn't need a bunch of stuff on it. This clock works great. Is easy to see at night. Isn't complicated to use. And you can't beat the price.

I know that many are getting away from having clocks and using phones but I still like to just look quickly at the clock on the bedside table . This is a smaller version of what I had but the numbers are as large and well lit, and you can dim the face. I like the battery back up feature since we have storms. Nice little clock. Could be used for traveling as it is a very compact size

All is good with this product regarding easy setting. Good visability. However makes a low pitched humming sound which I find unacceptable. Will return. Don't know if it is only a problem with mine, or if all these Sharp clocks have the same issue. Follow up to above note: I unplugged the clock for about an hour. Since plugging it in again, there is no buzzing sound. So I will monitor to see if this problem returns. 24 hr later all is fine.

An excellent little alarm clock that doesn’t take up a lot of room but gives a bright - or dimmer - easy to read display and has all the settings in the front, which makes it easy to see and set.

Great little clock, even I can handle this with the front buttons on the front, Very fast shipping, like maybe by plane. Great Amazon great price compared to Walgreens drug, about 10.00 cheaper. sidn't have to find it in store, plus wait in line to pay.

Pros - compact, easy button use on the front, light dimmer. Cons - Very very loud piercing alarm, does not have volume control. I actually wake up before it goes off because it stresses me out. The dimmer control for the red numbers light is not enough. It's super bright at night. I turn it sideways when I'm sleeping. It doesn't qualify for a return item.

Seems to be everything it purports to be. It is a little smaller than I had imagined, but it was the size advertised. The red light is readily visible, the dimmer function works, the alarm woke me this morning (without blasting like a bugle,) the snooze button worked, and it seems to keep time as I set it. I've only had it a couple of days so I can't attest to its longevity, yet. It replaces one I have used for decades (which couldn't keep up with daylight savings time, it would jump back and forth an hour when I touched it!) If I'm still around, I'll try to update my review in 2050.

Had to return it as it came with US fittings but the clock itself looked quality.

I wanted an electric alarm clock, just that, an electric alarm clock. I didn't want all the added stuff. Finally found this one and really like it. I've had it for 2 months and have had no problems with it. The alarm is loud enough, the numbers have 3 levels of brightness, it is easy to set. Just a simple, electric alarm clock which is difficult to find these days.

It was malfunctioning when we use batteries and the electrical wire was not compatible with UAE specifications.
