I do high-intensity exercise. After taking this pill and then exercise, I do not feel exhausted. This is very good antioxidant to help from exercise-induced muscle pain and fatigue.

I had read many good things about bee propolis and had tried numerous green ones but never the red. Heard the red one was good for endocrine functions such as adrenal, thyroid, pituitary, etc. Along with other benefits from propolis such as immune, antiviral, antibacterial. Great price on amazon here, supposed to be alot more expensive. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that it gives me some stomach discomfort after I take it but unless normal people I have a very sensitive stomach. It could be due to its antibacterial effect on my stomach too since I have dysbiosis. I do not take this every day due to the discomfort.
