Bummer. He saved for 6 months for the bag. **Q: How do you store your bag? There is no earthly way I can get it back in the stuff sack it came in. I could barely get it out of the stuff sack. Help!** A: I found out the hard way how to get it in the storage bag. First I tried with the sleeping bag zipped together, what a pain, then I unzipped the sleeping bag and put one half in at a time and was able to do it with no help. Just work your way around and push down as far as you can. It will fit. **Q: how well does this bag compress? can someone give specific dimensions. I want to know how much luggage space it takes.** A: About 3.5' tall and 16" in diameter. The sleeping bag is difficult to compress back into the carry case. What I did was go to Walmart to get some straps to help compress the bag, this seemed to aide the problem. However, you will find that even after that it can still be difficult to get the sleeping bag in the case. Lastly, if you are looking to buy this sleeping bag you can't go wrong; overall this is a really great sleeping bag. Its comfortable, has some head support, and the coolest feature is the added shoulder flap to keep warm during cold camping nights. Highly recommended. *by C***D on 28 August 2018* Incredible quality and workmanship, the material is so soft and durable at the same time. The zippers are durable and they look like they will last for years to come. I love how you are able to open the bag on either side as well and this fits perfectly over our Coleman queen sized air mattress. I think the coldest we have slept in this bag outside so far is in Banff National Park when it was about 5 or 6 degrees at night after a whole day of rain. The tent was like an icicle but this sleeping bag was like a furnace. The bag is so easy to put away as well, just fold the sleeping bag in half and stuff it into the compression sack. I was amazed at how such a huge thing could be stored in such a small bag. 2021 edit: Still working perfectly. Have been using this sleeping bag with my other half for 3 years and it's still like brand new. Have spent much colder nights since my first review and we have 0 complaints. One trip in Yoho last Fall it went down to about -4C and this thing kept us toasty warm. Before we go on any camping trip, I take the bag out and let it sit in the sun for a few hours. I then turn it inside out and do this again. I was told by Teton that unless your bag is heavily soiled this is the best and easiest way to clean your bag. This seems to do the trick as every time I do this the bag smells like brand new.
