Buen producto, pero si tienes problemas con el internet no te imprime tickets
Importante: 1.- Si se va el internet no imprime los tickets aunque este en intranet 2.- Ocacionalmente imprime unos micro tickets como si tuviera un error De ahy en mas resistente, buen material

Doesn't work as advertised / non-responsive seller for returns
This product does not integrate with Square as advertised by the seller. Initiated several return requests with no response from the seller. No "final sale" warning is given upon purchase. Scam, do not purchase.

Would give this product 0 starts if I could
Beware of Defective Wi-Fi Printer Return Policy Scam! I recently purchased a Wi-Fi printer from Star Micronics on Amazon, expecting it to work seamlessly with my POS system. However, the product listing contained a caveat: the printer might not be compatible with my Wi-Fi network. Despite this warning, I decided to take a chance, only to find that the printer indeed failed to connect. I promptly returned it in its original, unused condition. To my dismay, the seller claimed that the item was received in "unsellable" condition, which is completely false. Had the seller clearly outlined any additional return conditions, I would have reconsidered my purchase. Unfortunately, their deceptive practices have left me out of pocket. Amazon has also been unhelpful, refusing to refund more than $150 of the original purchase price. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this product and seller. Their misleading tactics and unfair return policies make it a risky investment.

Clean, crisp,dependable. A must have!
Superb quality and ease of use. Can link to multiple devices allowing you to print from different devices/stations. Been using only for a few months, but the quality is easily appreciated. Prints very clearly, and perforates the paper as well. A must have !! Bought a 2nd one for other location.. if anyone out there is having issues with connectivity over wifi, especially using the square App and specifically In cases where you get frequent disconnects (printer doesn’t show up or respond in app) every time you reopen the app or awaken the device; you will benefit from using a quality brand router. Doesn’t have to be dual band because the WiFi version of this printer only supports 2.4 ghz. I Struggled with daily disconnects and failures to reconnect. After trying different channels and all manner of configurations I ditched the crappy modem/router provided from isp and switched back to my Motorola and viola! Running perfect ever since.
