An easy and good guide to read and practice
I loved this book. Likely this will be a re read. There are so many aspects of emotions that we can control through these tools

Really good book, easy to understand.

It’s very easy drafter book unlike other help books
Very easy drafted help book for all age groups including teens and mostly covered in many help book which i have read before . I took a lot of notes and will try to use them in the future and more than five books author recommended are on my list to read next . The layout of the book is great. Each chapter focuses on a different problem that is created by your emotions this may be jealousy, fear of unknown, anxiety and etc... Chapter starts out as to why emotions have something to do with this and how to combat it with some direct actions. So my favourite part of the book goes like “You are not your emotion.” “You are the most important person in your life.” So is everybody is in their own lives. This was a standout moment for me. Gently explained, with compassion.#masteryouremotions

Best book for Understanding emotions
Author well explained the nature of our emotion and how we can use this emotions to grow in our life. Very nice book

An insightful read
The simplicity of implementation, without which I believe the book would be a waste of time, but it isn't, distinguishes it from other self-help books. To make it simple for every reader to comprehend his emotions and himself, the author has supplied a workbook. Forget the workbook; even the writing in the book will prompt you to consider your connection with your emotions. Parts 1, 3, and 4 will, in my opinion, be the most beneficial and informative since they provide perspectives that you might not have considered. The bulk of your unpleasant experiences, which are frequently brought on by your own emotions and ideas, will become clearer to you as you gain a greater knowledge of How and Why you react in a particular manner. You will also learn how to fix or eliminate them. However I didn't like the second part of the book, you can choose to skim or even skip that part. I would strongly advise everyone to read this book for the following reasons: 1. The usefulness of this book. It is quite simple to put into practice because the book itself places more emphasis on doing than simply knowing. 2. You'll have a better knowledge of yourself and your emotional system. 3. Know how to resolve most of your issues, such as procrastination (PART 4 of the book).

Good Book. Just started
I just started to read. Here there is a workbook which one need to download it after visiting the mentioned site (site id available in the image). Tried to visit and submit the request to receive the workbook but I dint receive any workbook via email.
