Bought this on the advice of a physiotherapist to exercise arthritic hands. Excellent product for this purpose. It is perfect for strengthening individual fingers. Start with the yellow one. The other colours provide significantly more resistance

The product is very good the mistake I made is not ordering a slightly stronger one the springs are not strong enough to open my hand back but if they are to strong you won’t be able to squeeze them so get a happy medium between strengths

Son muy prácticos para ejercitar la digitalización pero no se compara al teclado de un piano si hay diferencia pero para no dejar de hacer ejercicios de manera cómoda y que no tienes el instrumento cerca sirven mucho la resistencia del resorte es adecuada es suave
