After setting up my username and password on the newly installed app, I get the error 417, User push token or platform error?Couldn't find any solution on the internet or user manual

Hopeless product,Not even able to complete setup.Device info not getting displayed.OurPhoto app is also disgusting.Don’t spend a single penny on this stupid product.

I received one of these electronic picture frames for Christmas, and loved it soooo much, that I gave it away to a family who’s suffering from memory loss. He absolutely loves it.Buy loved it so much, that bought 2. One for my living room and one for my mother.Uploaded more than 300 pictures, and my children love this bc they constantly check their favorite pictures.Troubleshooting? Read some bad reviews about difficulties setting up and uploading the pictures. Make sure you are putting the correct numbers in the app when prompted. Devil is in the details. I was having same problems until I payed attention to these details.Easy to adjust light, operational times, you can scroll pics back and forth and other cool setups.BTW my mother loves it as well and she can upload her favorite pictures as well. Nice office present as well. Why would you have a thousands pictures if you don’t have the luxury of remembering those moments

Looks great in portrait mode on the wall, and a clear display with good touch response. Calendars sync quickly and keeps you on track! Great product at this price point!

If you are like me and have thousands of pictures in your phone that no one sees, this product is an amazing way to display them! It’s large and pretty. Love the mat around the screen as it makes it look classy. It can even be mounted on the wall.Set up took a few minutes and was super easy, doesn’t take an IT degree to set up. Besides photos, you can display calendar, weather and even play music. It has a lot of functionality!Only had it for a week so far, but looks and feels well built, the screen doesn’t not get hot even though it’s on 24/7.This will be a great gift to loved ones, as others family members can become contributors and push their images to the frame.

I love this frame. Best thing I've bought so far.

This digital picture frame is beautiful!!-The clarity of the pictures is so nice. The frame is beautiful and elegant. I love that when the screen is off, it has a nice matt finish rather than a super shiny “black screen” look.-The size is amazing. We have it hanging in our kitchen and we can see the pictures to nicely whether we are in the kitchen, living room, or off in the sunroom.-The remote is easy to use.-The set up was easy and straightforward.-There are several ways to upload pictures. I used the app method which allows you to upload 50 at a time.-you can upload music and videos as well!-You can set the screen to turn off when no one is in the room, or have a sleep timer set to conserve energy.-It comes with a stand so you can have it on a shelf or hung on a wall (vertical or landscape view). It does have to be plugged in.This makes a beautiful gift for anyone…or for yourself like I did! I’m so impressed with this frame and highly recommend it!
