Review: Great Product - I used Star Brite products on several projects. On this project, I had a crack in the lid on the recycle bin. This allowed rain to enter and turn paper/cardboard into mush that would not empty. To stop the spread of the crack I drilled two small holes one at each of the crack. I then used the marine grade sealant to fill the crack and the holes. I put a large bead of sealant the length of the crack and spread it out with a putty knife. So far it has worked great. Had a heavy on and off overnight rain and no water inside the bin.

A: This silicone sealant will seal almost any two materials that are CLEAN and DRY together. Try gently cleaning sunroof surfaces with rubbing alcohol, let dry, then seal your sunroof with silicone.  Surfs Up

**Q: Can this be used around the base of an RV toilette?**
A: I would say yes. I used it for my bilge pump going thru the tramsom of my boat, which is submerged, and it hasn't leaked after several years.

**Q: I plan to make a an acrylic shelf. Does this dry clear? And holds acrylic well enough for light weight bearing loads like diecast cars and figures?**
A: This will dry white.  This is a sealant and not meant to bear weight.
