It kills termites instantly, and it works super well. Its safe to bare, easy to use although i would recommend to dilute first and use a spray canister. It may not be worth the money if your looking to kill the entire colony first. If your dealing with subterranean termites( that builds mud tunnel) then you will need somthing that is slow acting, invisible and infectes termite and carries to the colony. You can ask any ais for advice regarding that.

It's ok but not very effective

A sliding door in my wardrobe had termite and some fine dust was rapidly falling from it. When I enquired about the cost of fixing it carpenter quotes 2K for temporary and almost 20K for permanent fix. Then I found this on Amazon I removed the problematic door on my own and started pouring this lotion from top and bottom openings of the door. In a couple of days I noticed a dead termite on top of the door and I still continued the same process for a whole week. It's been almost 6 months since I did this and the problem is gone for sure. Con: there was strong odor from the door for almost 2 weeks, after I reinstalled the door. So keep it away from sleeping area for minimum one to one and half month.

It's just kerosene, nothing else. If kerosene is available in the market for ₹50-60 per litre, then why should we purchase Terminator for ₹360? And it's a non-returnable item. company are making. the company is fooling us.

Itiis very effective product. There are no mosquitoes/Lizards /ants in my house spray three times every month.
