The product was no good. I tried to contact the seller and they never responded so I returned it. So what I started to use was Kitz primer from Home Depot. It works fine so far and I have done 2 projects so far. I do property flips and I am working on a 4000 sq. ft. house with all the counter tops done with Resin. I have studied the Stone Coat Countertops video as they are very good to watch and learn. Its to bad there customer service really sucks. **Q: Is it normal for it to be solid when you get it?** A: Mine was solid too, ordered Feb 12th. Step 2. Sand with a rough 60-grit sanding disc attached to a random, orbital sander. Step 3: Apply a thin coat of bonding primer and let it dry completely.
