Is it the price of 1 bag instead of 12 bags?

I also only got one three ounce bag. That is clearly wrong, but there is no way to inform Amazon of the problem, so it will probably keep happening. The good news is that it is easy to request a refund. Maybe you will have better luck than me. The answer that Amazon gave Kimberly Norman is lunacy -- it is pretty simple math to see that they are supposed to send 12 bags plus the website says the same thing. "$38.16 ($1.06 / Ounce)" is 36 ounces, or twelve 3 ounce bags
