I have been taking it for 5 days. Cons: I do not feel it has suppressed my appetite in any way. I think it may actually be making me hungrier. My stomach is growling 30 minutes after taking it first thing in the morning. I usually wait at least an hour before eating and I don't have near the hunger pains I am experiencing when taking these capsules. Pros: Did not experience any poor side effects.I only have 10 pounds to loose so I am not used to eating large meals and trying to shrink my stomach.
