Very good medicine for ibs

I thought these were good, easy to swallow, ideal size, they smell minty, they really helped with acid reflux and flatulence.

Helps with IBS symptoms and provides quick relief. Can cause looser stool while you’re using it. It’s small and easy to swallow and hasn’t caused acid reflux for me.

These are great always carry them with me, I am coeliac and have IBS and these suit me just fine ! They melt on your tongue and are just fantastic . Fast acting as always , I carry them with me in my bag wherever I am , I can most highly recommend them !

I must say.. these are fantastic. I believe one capsule is the equivalent of 95/99 cups of peppermint tea (check that!) but my oh my, do they work! I've had various gut issues for a while now and have tried numerous things including different tablets and supplements/herbs. These are the best things I have tried. Without being too blunt, I basically take one capsule and within 10-15 minutes I noticeably stop feeling like I need to desperately 'go'. Particularly surrounding meal times, these capsules are a life saver. They're probably not good for consistent long term use, although unsure (I'll need to check).. but they are extremely good. The only thing I'll fault is the price is they're fairly expensive, yet a box lasts me a while with 3 big strips in one, and it's worth the money for me. Excellent product.

If you think you can find peppermint oil capsules cheaper than these, check the ingredients. Apart from seeming to be effective, tasting rather nice, easy to take, and easy to get out of the packet, they are also excellent quality peppermint oil, not a collection of chemicals. You have been warned! Don't overdose though, unless you want to experience the popular 60s number, the burning ring of fire.

I recently tried Buscomint Peppermint Oil as a natural remedy for digestive issues, and overall I found it to be quite effective. However, I did notice that if I took Buscomint before a meal, the mint seemed to create more gas and bloating than usual. That being said, when taken after a meal or at other times during the day, I found Buscomint to be very helpful for reducing digestive discomfort. It's easy to use and the small, portable bottle makes it convenient to take on the go.
